Proactive leadership and management and thoughtful planning make our design efforts a reality and strengthen our rapport with clients. Each project is directed by a Project Manager with the breadth and depth of experience required to effectively manage the project core group(s), deadlines, and project team members. The Project Manager works closely with you to capture the project core group's (all project stakeholders and user group participants) goals and expectations, as well as to incorporate stewardship and energy initiatives before formulating a suitable and achievable design framework and timeline. At BMC Solutions, we believe that providing you with one point of contact, your project manager, to work with you from project conception through design, construction, and move-in is the best way to achieve your perfect project. As standard practice, the project manager will issue project questionnaires and, later, interviews to the project core group. This step enables us to ascertain strategic direction, staffing needs, processes, user interface, and how units operate within the larger organization, as well as expectations of the anticipated changes. As a result, a preliminary estimate and schedule are developed and presented to the client for collaboration and approval. It is with a well-defined scope that we can ensure the project meets expected aesthetic, functional and budgetary goals.
 True cost management begins at the outset of a project, and we work with you to establish realistic cost estimates as we become familiar with the project scope and your needs.
